I initially contacted Sheraz in regards to a family law issue. After a very thorough consultation; which included detailed answers to all of my questions and an in-depth explanation of my legal rights, I decided that I did not currently require legal representation. During our conversation, I mentioned in passing numerous headaches with a rental property. Even though it was both outside the scope of our initial consultation and Sheraz was not in a position to gain monetarily since he is not a landlord/tenant attorney, he spent a great deal of extra time directing me to several very useful resources on the Internet.
